will the 400% of referral earnings work for velocityclicks.com in the future?

since I have joined the site, I am constantly trying to understand whether this system with 400% profit of your referrals' earnings will prove itself to be legit, or it will crash at some point in the future. I just looks to good to be true - if someday there are too many upgraded members earning so much from their referrals, then I suspect that the site will no longer be able to pay that much to all of them.
I am asking the question to all those who are members of velocityclicks.com. What do you think about this upgrade option?

These programs collapse very fast. If they are not scams by some way, the best strategy is to earn as much as you can and get to the side. If you think of earning a lot here and then asking for a huge payout at once, you are playing with your hardwork and diligence. Make it fast and get away buddy.
