Has anyone heard of HomeSurveyWorkers.com

I haven't heard of this site,and therefore no experience with it. However my advice trust your instincts. The old saying, if it looks too good..etc/ Be careful and if they ask for payment run away..

This is definitely a SCAM -- a big scam just like TypeInternational where revenues are taken mainly from the members' entrance fees, nothing more. You will pay them money for you to sell the same idea all over agin to other unsuspecting people on the net. They will usually promise you heaven and earth, how easy it is to make money but you have to make a little investment for you to get in. Oh my, please run away from them -- I was also a victim of this type of scheme before. Don't be fooled by them.
