I've been to that, I understand you.you know how to be patient with every task that has been given unto you. you should set your self into a limit, but not affecting the things you should do. You choose to be a medical student. It is a so busy Proffesion, You should discipline yourself. You should plan everything, But not so much! dont be so (OC)or obsessive compulsive (it might affect all the things in your life) But You should not Over stressed your self. Sometimes you need to give your self a break have a sip of your favorite drinks and eat your most desired food. Relax yourself.nice discussion!

Dear Pauline,
Time management is an art, that is to be practised by all. Infact initially you will find it very hard, but if you keep following it meticulously, you will be able to do it.
Keep a time for anything and everything. Keep alarm to finish off that job in that particular time. Prepare a daily timetable and keep ticking off all that you have done. And see where you lack. This way you could keep a check on what and when you are doing.
Dont let these things get inbetween you and your studies. You are studying to be a noble professional. All the best.
