I suprised my husband earlier

My best friend and her husband are staying with us right now due to financial problems. Its cool cuz her husband and mine we're friends before we met my best friend. Anyways tonight she and I decide to walk to the grocery store and get a few things. They had a small bouquet of St Patrick colored flowers for a pretty decent price and since he's ALWAYS buying flowers for me I bought him some. When we got home I had him close his eyes and hold out his hands. I put the flowers in his hands and he said, " You got me flowers?!? Thats different." He liked the flowers and appreciated the gesture. Has anyone else done anything like this for their husbands?

i think that's the most wonderful thing one can do to keep relationship to it's climax and strong forever. when the other least expect surprise and it happens that the time you both seem to be in fresh relationship and there can be so many ideas of making plans and suggestions for the future.
that's what i'll expect whatever relationship that i'll enter will be. Good luck.

Most of the time it is me who gets the gifts and DH is not so concerned about getting anything for me. But last birthday, he got me a surprise gift and I was shocked initially before jumping in joy. Shock because, I am not used to get gifts from him all these 10 years and when he gave me something, it shocked me.
