English!!! How to learn?

1.Read interesting posts ..check the meaning of what does not make sense. 2. Watch english programs or movies. 3. The most important thing is to "THINK IN ENGLISH " for example when you are thinking something and you usually think in your own language ...instead of that think in english and soon the language would become very natural to you.

you are chinese in china?dont be shy and try to talk with them,if you dont do that how can you know if your english is poor?and through that way you can practise your english

You are lucky that study in a school with lots of foreign students.now i also learning english.i have to pass examnations to get the english grade certificate as CET4 or CET6.I learn english from junior middle school.i really want to learn it good.but my memory is not very good.so i usually forget what i had remembered.but i still go on.The best way to learn english quickly and learn to speak more fluently is to say more.environment is the important factor of learning english.you have good environment,you can use it.from time to time you will be sucessful.Believe yourself.

I think we have similar worried feeling, but mine is in Chinese language. ^^ for English, don't worry about it. there are a lot of resource you can access on internet. back then I was poor in English, even in written one, but I love to communicate with online community and believe me, as you keep interact with international internet users, your English will improve as you keep writing to them. international forums will also be helpful, because you can find many english posts and that's how we would learn the grammar, the vocabularies, and the proper word or sentence usage. as your written English improves, you will get confidence in reading and speaking, and later communicating with the native speakers or international speakers. for a start maybe you can say hello to the foreign students in your school, you can introduce yourself to them, make friends with them, and later tell them that you are interested in learning English (or even any of their native language), and perhaps you can also offer them a help if they are interested in learning Chinese / improving their Chinese language ability. I think most people will be glad to exchange language. that's what I know so far. back then I knew a Korean girl who learned Chinese too. and she had ever stayed in Indonesia (my country) for several years. I was glad in helping her explaining some Indonesian words she didn't understand, and later she also gave me tips about how to learn Korean better. hope this benefits for you.

haha..are there so many chinese students in this bbs? I am a chinese students too...how poor my english is. I am coming here to earning some extre money and improve my english. I have to prepare for the college enterance exam.I don't kown what I write is right or not???

i am an english learner too,i always feel that my english is poor ,so i am afraid of speaking with others in english.my friend told me to read english passages.she said that if i have read many,i will have the sence of english,and that is important for me.i am trying it now,i hope it dose. maybe you can try it,i hope that it can help you.

Try to make friend with them, get rid of your fear. They will except you as who you are, the more you interact with them the faster you will be ableto speak. Im also not an english speaker, but with me interact with english speaker it help me a lot to improve my english. And also you can take english course, they are everywhere.
