The Union budget by Chidambaram will certainly increase the disguised unemployments as in the agricultural sector we have disguised unemployment. Really agriculture is the backbone industry, o.k. but by giving concessions on loan repayments, this industry might become a lazy industry. Why can't the budget put restrictions on the finance charges levied by credit card companies and on the unpaid personal loans. Because these charges are put on middle class families, and the middle class families are meant only to suffer. A budget can be a best one if it caters to the needs of the middle class.
