you already go out with this girl before, probably, she does'nt want to go out with you again, you know the reason why? well, let me just give you but that doesnt mean it implies to you, so dont get offended. 1. dont have a proper grooming 2. aggresive or frigid, either way. 3. boring to talk to. ok. if you want girls to like you or go out with you, you have to be aware of your grooming, pretty girls like to go out with men who has a good posture(you must be choosy with the dress you wear, good smell (girls prefer, light perfume like coolwaters, ck, hugo)and clean shaving (just some of the proper grooming tips.). girls like men who are well converse, they like intelligent conversation with humors, you dont have to be aggressive at first, just take things lightly, and eventually it will lead on to something better ;). dont rush the conversation in to something the girl will not like, that would be a major offensive on her part. and have an eye to eye contact with her while having a conversation with her. just follow these tips and definitely she will be yours.

You mean you already asked her before but, she replied that she was very busy at the moment that she couldn't go with you at all? You already established your interest and she already knows it, why not ask again? Ask if she's free on some other time that you think that she might be or, you could even ask her when she's free in her schedule. If she keeps on insisting that she's busy, particularly with reasons that can be so valid, its either you just have to wait it out or don't. If she's really available as you know, just keep on asking. never give up unless she definitely tells you to.
