pooping in the house

I have toy poodles. I've had Onyx for about a year and just recently got Ruby. Onyx is pooping in the house more than ever. Ruby still pees. Any idea on how to control this behavior. We take them out as soon as the get out their kennels, then again 20 minutes after they eat. Several times during the day and once late at night. Any suggestions on what to do?

I wish I could help you. My toy poodle is house trained and will not go in the house EVER, unless he is left so long he can't hold it. In 6 years he may have pooped in the house 2 or 3 times max. I did not house train him, however. He was two years old when I got him. So, I do not know what his owner did, but he did it right! Now, I have a chihuahua that is a different story.....uggghhhh!
