Does anyone know any good ideas for generating traffic to your blog?

Have you tried traffic exchanges? They are effective. I have two that I use. www.trafficG.com . The second is www.trafficspawn.com . Spawn is nice. It only has a 10 second counter. Others have 20 and 30 seconds.
