alarm clocks

Could you suvive without your alarm clock? I could cant really stand to be jolted from sleep by some loud sound each morning. It gives me a headache, am usually able to wake up by myself so its an invention I could live without.

i always wake up in the morning with an alarm clock. i can't live without an alarm clock because i love to sleep and always wakes up late if there's no alarm clock lol

I don't think I have used an alarm clock in the last four years. My mental clock is really good at getting me up between 6:00 and 6:30 am every morning, even on the weekends. If for some reason my mental alarm fails to wake me, my son will around 7:00 or 7:30 am.
