What modern invention could you live without? or for that matter couldnot live without? Still thinking about what would end up on each of my lists. what about you?

Phones I could probably do without maybe just for emergecy purposes. I find that I tend to use my mobile phone for surfing the net or texting than for talking. my laptop is my friend well when it behaves, tv yes .

I can live without any sort of telephone. I just find them disruptive, but I could not live without my radio or my internet connection.

I am not sure if I could live without the phone, mmmm on second thought yes! because that can be a nuisance most times, people calling to talk at inappropiate times. My laptop [although it can be a pain sometimes with its sluggigness]is a must have, tv yes not with the zillion cable channels but I have favourite programmes that I love to watch.No alarm clocks and definately my music cds is another must have.
