Well I just don't get this place....

I made .68 yesterday, which was the same as I made the day before, except for yesterday I put more posts on and added pictures to almost everyone of them, responded to many of them and got more responses than the day before, I even clicked on ads and I get the exact same amount! How does that tell me how I can make more money on here? I'm about to give up, it's tiring me out and I've been neglecting my husband who needs me. I think once I make payout I will try and find some other way to make extra money that doesn't take so long. I do really love everyone on here but this is just too frustrating and time consuming for me.

yeah i am new to mylot and find it hard to understand just how to earn substantially. i figure that there are some users who regularly view each others discussions, respond and so on. the issue dosen't matter much; its like you scratch my back and i'll scratch yours. so one has to really build up say 30 or more friends who regularly read you and respond, and you do the same for them.

I do seem to have some that regularly respond to mine, but not that many. I see some people who have 80 reponses with some question like "How many times a day do you have a bowel movement" lol. I don't lknow if that question has been asked yet, but that's the kind of question I have seen getting a ton of responses.

exactly. i've like tried a number of issues that would be considered hot or alternatively, ludicrous. but responses are rare. the same group of people keep getting lots of responses, and i'm sure they are getting it for each other. lets find a way out, perhaps manage our own group of friends?

I do put notify on on my friends and have them go to a special email address so not to clutter up my normal one. I start with them when I have time to respond. I only answer ones that I feel I can contribute to.

It takes a full day to see the results of the past day. I wish the results could be seen quicker. If you leave I'll miss your posts, as I have enjoyed seeing your new discussions each day.
My husband thinks he has lost a wife some days. I have days where the time goes by so fast that I only get a chance to sit when typing on the computer. Today is one of those days and I must get the washing and dishes done and its already the afternoon. Its one of the first times there isn't any clean silverware.

Thanks fishmomma, I appreciate your comments. I probably will still come on here just not as much or for as long a period of time. I still enjoy some of the posts and posting when I think of something I'd like to discuss, not just for money making reasons. I've kind of grown fond of this place, it's interesting at times.

I don't even try to figure it out. I don't do a set amount a day. I just come and respond as I have time. I enjoy the site and the people and the money is just a perk. I do surveys and make a little extra money.
