I only found out the other day that it was Steve McQueen who convinced norris to be an actor. Norris and Bruce Lee used to spar with McQueen and trained his son in martial arts

Wow! Dude is stinking good looking for 68, heck, for 58! I guess keeping his body fit with all those martial arts also kept his mind fit. I admire people who keep both aspects of their health going.

A person's age doesn't mean much these days anymore. It is how the person lives and takes care of themselves that is important. Also he has money, lots of it, and that takes the stress off of him and so he ages better. Also he may have had plastic surgery to look so good, who knows. Most of the actresses you see on TV have had plastic surgery so that is why they look so good. On March 21st it was my son's 33rd birthday and that sure tells me something, that I am getting older. I am going to be 51 years old this year but to me it's just a number and so I don't feel old or anything. My body tells me I am getting older though, as in it just doesn't quite work the same anymore.
