I found some my freind is only learning without understanding carefully the subject or a content. If they only memorize without understanding they cannot use language or sentence well.

I presume you are talking about learning a language. True, if you dont' understand it, you can't use it well, but can you elaborate on why it is dangerous? My parents came to the U.S. with English as their second language. I was born in the U.S. In my opinion, I am far better at English than they. What I have found over my lifetime is that the language barrier can frustrate my parents as well as those they speak with. Between me and my parents, the frustration has mounted so high that it has hurt our relationship. I often speak curtly in order to shorten conversations so that I can avoid having to connect what they say with what they mean to say. I disagree with your last assertion. Memorization is exactly the way people learn their first language. Toddlers learn that "I love you." is a sentence because they hear it again and again. They don't learn that it's a sentence because it has a subject and a verb. Not until children are fluent in their primary language do they learn the underlying structure, and it is false to say that young children cannot use their language well, for I can often understand children better than I can understand foreigners. I knew thousands of words and thousands sentences long before my teacher gave me a grammar book.

Yeah. Learning and thinking are twin brothers. However, sometimes when it is the first time you come across the matter, it would be hard to understand it immediately. think as you learn can be a good way.

I find your post funny for two reasons. First of all, I expected it to be a more in depth discussion about some actual incident. For example, if you were to memorize organic chemistry reactions but not understand them, doing synthesis problems would be difficult. Secondly, it sounds like you're trying to say that your friend is not very good at English or something like that. However, there are so many problems with your post that I find this hilarious (not to be rude or anything, I'm not sure what level you're at in your studies and I certainly struggled learning a second language myself).
