Whenever i am at home, most of the time i use my computer, As an average you can say its 8-10 hours a day.

well since i'm a network administrator, i spent more than 12 hours a day in front of computers. Watching network equipment to make sure all run properly, but sometimes walking out the building to get some fresh looking.
