people nowadays use different kinds of credit cards in stead of cash.take myself for an example,i nearly use credit cards for all my bills. even to take a bus,i use card and seldom throw coins. you know,to prepare coins for bus is really troublesome.
what about you? do you still use cash? in which occasion?
willing to hear from you.

I do not own a credit card or a debit card. I pay all but one bill by automatic withdrawal and one by check. Everything else is straight cash or I don't buy it. If I want something expensive, I save up for it and then pay cash for it or use a check. I do not owe anyone any thing except this months bills.
I had an ex that loved being in debt, and left me in debt up to may ears when he left. I decided that that would never happen to me again, so I pay cash for everything!

Yay yay, Adoniah!
You're the first person (adult at least) I've known without ever having a credit card like me! It always seems like I SHOULD have one to fit into the society, ha ha. But they seem to all be such rip offs anyway. And I have no need for it. Only sometimes they ask you for one for identification, and I don't. But :o)
I try to use cash almost all the time as that will not take money away from my account as sneakily.

it's rare, but sometimes i still use cash. it's so much easier though just to use my debit card. i always like to keep some cash on me though in case of an emergency or something like that, but it's rare that i just use cash just to use it. God bless

Cash is still king for me. I hardly ever use credit cards unless I'm traveling for business. But I still use cash to pay for meals and most other things.

its better to use cash then use plastic money(credit cards) since they charge us service charge. If you use credit card then you have to pay service charge too.

I do use cash mostly.Only if I'm doing business online then I use cards. mostly debit. If I take the bus, I have to use cash; If I buy gas, I use cash. I would love to take my check in a debit card though. Manpower offers that to their workers and I asked for the option when I signed up for their services. Sears is another. but for me, I'm a cash and carry girl.

I use cash. I don't have a bank account. I don't have credit cards. If I send money to pay my bills through the mail I buy a money order. One of these days I might catch up with the "newer" things in life, but for now I like my ways. I know I won't ever own a credit card unless it's one of those prepaid ones with low monthly fees because I don't want to waste a lot of money being spent on fees.

yeah credit card is much more convenient than cash. i usually use credit cards also in many occasions. however sometimes cash is still necessary when you just buy a newspaper or magazine in the streets or something like these. 'cause in such "small business" creadit card charge is not always available.

Now i prefer credit cards to cash, i mean if i could use a credit card i wouldn't use cash. But in some places you can't use your card, so cash is the only choice.

It's ture.I think, nowadays, people can't live without kinds of credit cards. It's really very very convenience! But in some developing countries for example in China, sometimes we want to use it but we can't for they are spreading fast rather than popularized in China.

Yes i rather use cash i dont want a credit card even though it is handy and safe with it.. because sometimes you lose out of control of using it because you are confident about swiping it down and without you knowing you are ending a great fortune in your savings.

I still use cash most of the time and I think it is the best. Since most of the people are using cards for their payments, many of the places offering discounts for cash payments and if you think carefully, even if you pay by cards you will still pay it from your pocket a little time after, and you will probably pay more than it costs.
That's why I strongly believe paying with your own money is the best for you.

i always use cash. i have credit cards, but am trying to pay them off, so i don't use them. i also don't like to use my debit card because it's not so easy to keep track of my spending. what i do is take out in cash all the money that i am allowed to spend-for groceries and miscellaneous things-and leave the rest of the money in the account there for bills. this way, i don't have to worry about spending money that is meant for bills, and it only requires 1 trip to the atm machine.
