on diet to lose weight?

nowadays being slim is in fashion. are you on diet to lose weight?

I can't diet as I love to eat. But even if I'm 5-10 pounds overweight, I'm comfortable with my size.

i also love eating. you know how delicious Chinese cuisine is. :) fortunately there's less fat in Chinese cuisine?

I was but Its hard for me to stick to one. At least I am not really over weight or anything.

i'm not on a diet but thats because dieting doesnt work for me LOL..I love food far too much I do watch what I eat though (for the most part) and workout regularly (but I'm a 1 1/2 weeks behind due to outside influences and being sick)...My goal is to lose another 15lbs by the end of May I dont do it because its "in" though, I could actually care less about what is in or not in..never been my thing to follow fads and whats current etc..I do it (workout) becuase I WANT TO..because its better for me and sets a good example for my kids

workout is really a healthy way to lose weight. i am too lazy , i don't wanna do any excercise. fortunatly my dorm is built halfway up a hill. everyday i have to climb the hill at least three times a day. sometimes fashion is something absurd, it's necessary to be ourselves. Hope you can reach your goal. :)

I used to. but I can't stick to a certain diet. So what I do is just eat in moderation and I make sure that I chew my foods slowly. I have seen this episode in Oprah about the French diet. What they do is eat the foods slowly and chewing the foods really well and making sure you have tasted evey flavor on a certain food before swallowing. I have tried that and it did worked, I eat less and I find my tummy slimming.

thank you for sharing. :) i always eat things very fast. i know it's good to chew slowly, but when i do that i find the food is less tasteful. perhaps another reason is i am too hungry. i have heavy classes.

Always. LOL. It's not so much about being slim to me. It's about feeling comfortable in my own skin. I lost a lot of weight a couple of years back and gained about 20 back when I hurt my back last year. I have been trying like mad to get it back off. It's coming. Slowly but surely.

I am not on a diet. I may be overweight, but to diet would really not be healthy. I would rather just eat right and exercise. In my mind, if you could take the "die" out of diet, I might do it.

I want to diet,but I can't because if I eat less I will be hungrey and will eat even more. I think let it go. When I fell in love with my boyfriend I found that I am be thiner and thiner.
