I am a happily married husband for 1 year 4 months, and I just been blessed by having my first born son, Jethro!
My wife gains a lot during her difficult pregnancy times, and now she wants to gain her perfect shape as before by doing a strict diet
both of us are food lovers, but since she's doing a strict diet --- i suddenly feel like losing my partner, should I join her diet, or should I leave her be ?

That really is up to you and how you think she will react if you continue to eat things around her that she can't enjoy.
Dining out alone is not much fun, so joining her in diet and doing it together is a very supportive thing to do. That way you are in it together and can still go out, or dine in together.
Again up to you, I'm honestly not sure what I do in your situation but I'm not a foodie either...

Thanks for your advice Pal, appreciate it so much ...
Actually, I want to join her diet but can't do that because she's taking some medication from teh doctor, so the best I can do is not to eat around her to show some support, am I right?
anymore idea?

I would probably ask her bluntly whether or not she wants you to stop eating things around her that she can't have.
Even if she doesn't mind you having a mcburger why she has a salad, I would still try not to rub it in.
You say she's on medication, that doesn't have to stop you. You can still share a similar diet.
I think the main key here is that you keep her best interests in mind, which you are doing, because you do care, hence this post. Ask her how and what you can do to support her, and do your very best to do just that.
