Recently one of colleagues quit the job.I feel a little sad and understand all good things must come to an end.I think I'm a sensibily girl ,my mood is affected by the environment.

Ya i can understand your situation, and i would be sad too.
Just give some time to mourn and cry. But after that you have to stand up and be strong, and live your life again.
