I just live every day as it comes there is now ay of knowing when your are going to go and because of this I was brought up to make the most of each day, however sometimes this is easyier said than done, but you must try I guess as I have had so many people in my life go before I have had chance to even say goodbye and because of this I also think it is important to say the two simple words I LOVE to people you love every day as that way I know that I will live with no regrets.

Okey , first of all you must realize that the person who advocated " Live Each Moment As if It is The Last One!!" just wanted to encourage poeple to live fullest as much as they can . This is an inspirit , an attitude to the life .If you're a busy man your life is full maybe not happiness.if you have much time and don't kown what to do ,you feel lonely sometimes then you should sit down to think about the future. Even you have enough money to feed you all life ,you should try your best to make your life more rich and colorful , you can help others to live a good life. If you did a lot that made sense when you old you can tell your grand-children that their grandpa is a true man when he was young.

I think it's okay to remember the past. The past makes you who you are, whether it is a good memory or a bad memory, you cannot take back the fact that it happened. I have struggled with this myself and wish I COULD forget certain things, but oh well, what can you do? However, I have learned to appreciate my life and realize it's a gift. Anyone can die at any time. It's sad and scary, but it makes me strive to appreciate every breath I take and every moment I have. I try to show my friends and loved ones I appreciate them as well and care for them all the time by telling them I love them and spending precious moments with them. I also try to appreciate everything I have, no matter how big or small. I appreciate the silly suirrel that is jumping around making me laugh, my jobs -- no matter how frustrated I get with them -- because they allow me to live better with a roof over my head, a car, and other things like taking care of my dogs and taking vacations. So I do try to live in the present and appreciate every single moment, btu you cannot erase the past and there is nothing wrong with having good memories. :)
