Will you allow your cat to sleep along with you?

well i let my cat sleep with me whenever he gets to stay indoors overnight in our house occasionally, he sleeps on the sofa, on my bed, on the floor, or on mats.. i always take a picture of him when he's sleeping coz he's sooo cute!

Both of my cats sleep with us. Jack sleeps at the foot of the bed and Bobbi sleeps under the covers usually like a person with her head on my arm and one of her paws laying on me.

Yep, I let my cats sleep with me and love when they cuddle up with me. Except that I tend to move around a bit when I'm sleeping, so if they do cuddle up with me at night, they don't stay there for very long. Lately, I'll get one cat sleeping on me while the other one's sleeping next to me. And, of course, they come wake me up in the morning. One of them likes to either get in my face and/or knead at the back of my bare neck. OUCH! ^..^

I usually have three of my four cats sleeping with me. I don't know about sleeping longer because they do, but it's surely comforting to have them there.

I sleep with my cats, but I can't say I sleep better with them... There are times I know I don't. Last night I was pinned down by several cats and it was quite the production of getting out of bed, with all the cats, 2 not wanting to move and trying to keep my sore finger from banging on anything.

my current cat, as well as my late dogs and cats, always slept with me...they like to cuddle close by and snuggle with me, and sometimes the cats will knead at my body. if a person is alone, it feels warm, loving and happy to have a warm-blooded creature near you in the dark as you read a good book in bed or settle down to sleep. it tends to fill emptiness and void in a person's life. my pets always loved me, whether cats or dogs, and i have experienced only positive stuff from my pets. whatever animal attacks their owner is because the owner was a scumbag and did nasty sick things to it to make him like that...there are lots of sick trash in society and i am really getting sick of them and hearing about them in the media...the fu***** media are making them appear worthy of news for their notoriety and infamous acts and that is why i dont care for tv much because it is mostly filled with bs...but if i am going to watch bs, i would rather watch reality show bs because it is entertaining bs...

I totally agree! My cats, Columbus and Waffles, sleep on the bed with me every night and get up when it's light outside. Then they keep moving around until I get out of bed and serve them breakfast. That happens every morning like clockwork, but I don't mind. The cats snuggle up against me and sleep quietly all night long.

absolutely agree with you.. just that i dont have a cat and have been told (not sure) that the hair of the cat can be quite dangerous... although i have had pet dogs and i loved it when my pet slept next to me or on my legs...

I do let my cat sleep next to me even though I am not supposed to due to having asthma. But Its hard for me to tell my cat that she can't sleep next to me. I love having her by my side.

You don't really get much choice with cats, they sleep were they want, not were you want them to. My cat would make herself so comfortable and spread out so much, that I got very little of my bed but she was a wonderful hot water bottle and it was very comforting having her snoozing beside me.
