Is it true that :"GIRLS CANT KEEP SECRETS" ??

no that's not true at all! i think i've kept so many secrets I've forgot most of them! Alot of people tell me their secrets because they know i can keep my mouth shut. I live in a town where everyone knows everyone ^& everything about everyone! It's hard to keep things secret here but I've learned not to tell ANYONE my secrets. If someone tells you a secret, they wanted you to know, so is it still a secret? If it's such a secret, why did they tell you? I'm looking too much into this now lol

Haha... Yes you are right. Even i see a few girls doing the same thing. They are so eager to spread the secret around. Girls are always busy gossiping. But there are exceptions. I have a few, very nice friends who dont leak out secrets. Im proud of them. But, i do see many girls who cant keep secrets within themselves. :)

actually girls will b girls. they will never stop vomittin things in their gang. they will never stop asking how they are looking. the day is not gone wen they had not seen themselve in mirror and thinking that whether she is looking beautiful or not. shopping is favourate game. huge wardrobe is fav thing. they want to keep wide verity of sandles. blah blah n blah....hufff

No, I do not think this is a gender thing. If it were to be so I believe that the explanation may be that girls have more people that they share their deepest secrets with. Men have fewer close firends and thus fewer to share secrets with.

No I dont think it is a gender think. I think we learn from a young age. If we see our parents keeping secrets,then we learn it is okay.. If we see them blurtng out secrets then well you know.. I know this from experience.. One of my parents could never and still cant keep things to herself.. It is almost amusing now.(sory butit is) as she will start of by saying something like.."know you cant tell this to ... Thefunny part of that is.. I DONT even talk to the ....) I have learned over the many years that If someone is asking me to keep this secret.. Then they are trusting me with that.. the ONLY reason I would ever break that trust today.. is if A)The person was at risk of hurting themslef or another OR 2) If they were telling me about a child being hurt. I have so many things told to me that I am not to share.. and trust me I would love to blurt them out just to feel like I am not holding them.. if that makes sense.. I have startd to at times say..pleas know that I really dont need to know this.. or that... Rae

Be it boys or girls they are alike, it depend on the individual and not gender.I don't think there is any survey done on girl cannot keep secret compare to man. I can keep secret or perhaps I am a man.

well in general, girls are talkative,so i would say yes, especially the younger ones, those that are in high school.. but it really depends on the person, but i have observed that if the person is talkative, the more chances of your secret being told to someone else so if you have to tell someone something confidential,chose the one that you are most close to, and preferably someone who is reserved and quiet. i have trouble keeping secrets before when i was in high school coz you know high school girls love a good gossip. besides those things that i know arent thre secrets of my friends, but just a secret that's been passed on from person to person, anyway,but now that ive "matured" i have to say that i can now finally keep them, and those secrets that are told to me will be with me to the grave when i die LOL. with boys, i think 50/50 but i never shared a secret with a guy before, so i cant really tell, but there are guys who are rumormongers as well.
