What do you think about breast implants?

I have them and I love them. I have had them for 10 years. Saline implants. They increased my confidence level tremendously and I don't care how unpolitically correct it is to say that. I'm so glad I had it done, and I would do it again.

lol...I dont have them...but I never had anything against them...its pretty much up to the recipient whos gettin them.
