What quality is more important to you in a person?

A person who has a sense of humor or a person who is nice and understanding? If you only had to pick one and the person had only one of these characteristics, or the other, which would you choose?

Oh wow, that is a touch one for me. Cause I love a sense of humor, but I would also want them to be nice and understanding. I guess I would have to pick nice and understanding and hope they develop a sense of humor real quick.

I would pick nice and understanding. I would rather have someone who was nice than made me laugh.

hello turquoise_ice! hope u r haiving a nice time here on mylot:) turqoise is nowadays my favourite colour in clothes :) its really in with white and pink. well,according to topic...i will prefer a nice and understanding person,but here it cumes how nice and in what manner,da defination for nice would be different for every other person:) right ? So ,i will say like this a person who is not only nice to me but to all the persons to whom he interacts. and ofcourse understanding,because if he dont understands me than wht will i do to his sense of humour,the person who will understand me will obviously word according to my sense of humour :) and dats what actually matters :)
