Mine does. I think it's so cute. I can always tell when he's in a deep sleep. He begins to snore. I sit sometimes and laugh out loud when he starts to snore. It's even funnier when he snores so loud he wakes himself up.
Does your dog snore? Is it normal for animals to snore?

Well as you know terilee I don't have dogs, but two kitties...and this is something new that I've noticed only recently....One night some time ago, I'm in front of the computer here...and all of a sudden I hear this strange noise...couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was until I looked over to the sofa where my Kissy is sleeping...I get up, go over to her and sure enough she's snoring away like crazy...It was so funny as she never did that before..now she seems to do it all the time..as for is it normal? Sure..some of my other cats I used to have snored so loud they sounded like sputtery vacuum cleaners on the fritz...animals don't only snore, but uh, have you ever had a problem with a farting pet? I have

Hahahahahah - my kitties fart all the time. LOLOLOL but my dog - well - I've not ever smelled it if he does. Then again, sometimes I smell something odd, and he looks up at me and smiles, (yes, he smiles), as if to say, "It wasn't me mom"....Then he lays his head back down and watches me out of the corner of his eyes. LOL
And yes, my cats snore too.

My dog snores and farts in his sleep. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can kick his loud stinky butt back outside.

YES! my dog snores! We have a Boston Terrier, Gracie, and she snores like there is no tomorrow! Gracie sleeps at the end of our bed in her own little basket. Sometimes she really gets to snoring. There are times that I can't even hear the tv at night between her snoring and my husband snoring at the same time! I don't know who snores louder(?) Snoring and all ..... we love her!

My dog is part boxer and they have something with their sinus cavities that causes them to snore. Sometimes I wonder who's louder, hubby or doggie???
I don't remember my dogs snorning when I was a kid, though.

Mine doesn't snore--he grunts (or else he farts REALLY bad!). I had one dog that would have dreams--her feet would twitch when she was dreaming of her former life (she was a rescued greyhound). I did have a cat who didn't exactly snore....I think we called the noise he made a "mmmrrrphl" (pronounced murr-phyl). And another cat I had DID snore (quietly, but he was quite overweight and slept on his back).

My dog is snoring right now! Yes, I have two dogs and they both snore---loudly! They are so cute. At first, I thought the reason my beagle was snoring was because she was overweight, but my Lab snores, too, and she's fit as a fiddle. Isn't it cute when they dream, and you can tell they are barking and chasing something. Wonder what they dream about...

Yes, my dog snores all the time. She doesn't usually snore very loud, but sometimes she can even wake me up. Then again it doesn't really take much to wake me up, you could drop a pin and I'd spring out of bed, lol.
