Sort of an update about the Marine who thorugh the puppy off a cliff

Well the Marine Corps has not determined if the film is real or fake. But I just hear don the radio that apparently animals - especially dogs - in Iraq run wild and carry many diseases. Some dogs have also been found carrying bombs. The military members overseas have been told to destroy the animals on sight. I asked my exhusband and he said that was the policy when he was over there. This information does not change how I view that person or the fool who filmed the event. If we knew that there was such a problem over there and animals are sick, why didn't we send a bunch of Vets with enough medicine to either cure or properly euthanize the animals? I do not see throwing animals off of cliffs or even shooting them for no reason to be acceptable.
