Pimples can be caused by dust, or humidity, sweat or even a skin problem. But water will help detoxify your body and the cleaner your body is, the better your skin. Just drink plenty of water, keep your face washed with facial scrub for sensitive skin, dry your face well after a shower and after washing it. Use warm water to wash your face, for the warmth shrinks pores and prevents new pimples from forming. This has worked for me in my younger years and now and my face is pretty clear.

I have bad skin. I get breakouts, black heads, pimple explosions. i finally had had it and decided to ask my dermotologist. He said that if you drink the amount of water recommended and exercise regularly it will help in stride. You need water to hydrate your body, quench a thirst, and to flush out the toxins in your body. If you exercise, you sweat all that water out AND aid in the flushing of toxins. If you use a skin soap for face or pimples, you are fighting 89% of the battle alone with water, exercise and medicated soap.
If you look at my avatar photo-that was taken last summer, a year after i did what he told me to. I drink water all day long, go running and a few arobics and sweat like a hog, then go home shower normally--with warm not hot water and use my noxzema. It did wonders. And I thought I was going to have to have my face burned off lol. Good luck and happy drinking!

It can help why not? The most important is the self-suggestion.. or doctor consultation :)

I am not so sure about it, but one thing is for sure the only way to remove toxins from your body is by drinking plenty of water, in other words it do really helps but you need to know how to manage your water drinking habits.
Pimples problem depends upon lots of factors like climate, pollution, allergy's, pollen, age factor, etc.
Hope this would have helped you
