Sure, you can check out the website for my boss's business at: http//www.bestbargainbook.com Just type in a title, an author, a subject, or some keyword. Hit enter, and viola! You'll have list of books that are available (on the shelf) in the warehouse where I work. We fulfill orders for Amazon, Ebay, Abebooks...I could keep going! Most books range from .01 cents to $260 (for really technical books). What's awesome is that shipping is cheap, and most shipping for a book (even big hardcovers) is about $3.99 for regular shipping via USPS mail, or $6.99 for USPS Priority shipping. Now here's the really cool part: When you place your order, I'm the one who goes to the "stacks" (one of over 300 shelves) and I go pick your book! Let me tell you, I'm amazed at the range of books that are there. From Tolkien to everything for Dummies, to craft books, to pet instructional books, and yes, even large coffee table art books...it's a treat for my eyes every day. I'm a freak about books. I love the smell, the look, leafing through them, and pulling them. Ther are all varieties of books - oh, even cookbooks! Yes, kids books too. Go ahead, take a look...I'll bet you'll find at least one book that you can't live without. I have trouble going home everday without taking home a ton of books! Personally, I've got my eye on "Herbal Healthcare for Cats", "The Children of Hurin", "Roverandom" and "Shelving in Small Spaces". Tomorrow I'll be back in the stacks, fulfilling orders from people all over the USA. Can I help you find a book? Maybe one that's no longer in print? Maybe I'll be picking a book out for you?!

Neat job. I sell books for myself on Amazon, ABE & Ebay. When I got out of college, my first job was working in a bookstore. Like you, I just wanted to be around books all the time. I loved it but it didn't pay much. Everybody kept saying "When are you going to get a REAL job" which I found very insulting. It was more of a REAL job than the jobs that my friends were doing. They were making more money but they hated what they did and didn't get anything but money from it. My little bookstore job introduced me to bookscouting and prepared me for what I would eventually enjoy doing for a living.

Ack, I did a search...none yet, either author. Sometimes we get 'em, in big quantities, and sometimes we have dry spells. Let me check our Amazon site... We have this one: http://www.amazon.com/Spiritual-Marketing-Proven-Formula-Creating/dp/1403347085/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1206582946&sr=1-13 The seller is "Alibris", and you'll find the tag for them on the second page of sellers. We fulfill many of their orders! That's the first I saw. Not sure if it's something you're into...but there you have it. ;)

That's almost funny...I've gotten quite a number of books at Alibris--not too many people know of that place and are more familiar with Amazon.com. Mmm..that book is still a bit much though..was hoping to get something much cheaper...hehe
