As a Chinese,how to improve English lever?

There are several free English courses online but a lot of them are written and grammar. However, I have found one that might be a good deal of help to you, because it's listening and speaking the English language. I'll give you the link in a moment, after a short explanation. You need a microphone and speakers (or headset), in order to join a group English lesson in an English chat room. Every free class is led by a qualified English teacher, whose native tongue is English. Each lesson lasts for thirty minutes, and will involve the discussion of a number of different subjects during each lesson. A maximum of ten students will be admitted to the room, so if you're there on time, you'll have a good chance of participating in the lesson! Go to YouTube and listen to whatever you can find. I'm sure you'd be able to listen and imitate what you're hearing...the news, the weather, history, politics, anything you can get your hands on will work. Good luck
