What did you do on Women's Day???

To be honest, I just realize that there is women's day when I read a newspaper saying that women all around the world protested to their government for a better way to treat women. In my country they protested too for the same rights as men, because here we are still so patrilineal when man are on top of everything and women are still in the lower position. I am just glad I live in today's era when women already have more and more better right as men. I read the book Princess yesterday, It is a story about arabian princess that telling her life story which is so touching and horrible because they treat women so bad, women have no rights at all in community, etc.. I hope this will change and me as a women will always support the fight to have a better life for women in every country all around the world...

Hello dear janejaa. On March the 8th, Women's Day, I did do something special for a woman teacher to cover her class so that she could enjoy herself. In fact, all of us men teachers were asked to cover women teachers' classes that day so that they could go to the auditorium to listen to a lecture about how to make them look more beautiful and how to live a better life and take good care of themselves in their daily life and work. I am very happy that I could do something for her. Thanks a lot for this discussion of yours.

oh, yes, this year, I saw a movie with my girl friend, I felt very happy, ha...ha...because the film is very happy. the film names "the water horse: Legend of the Deep". my girl friend is also very happy.

We don't do much. Just don't allow my mom to cook during the day and we try to cook dinner lol. Usually is fun burning the food. Moms are invaluable! lol

I have been to shopping with my friends and bought a shoes.

I didn't even know there was such a day. So I guess I didnt do anything special.

Women's day is an international celebrating day.On that day,I phoned my mother and my grandmother to wish them a happy day.Because I am working out of hometown,I can not go home to be together with my family members.Just through the telephone lines,I can release the homesick. And,I also wished my girlfriend good day,but she was not happy,because she is not women,just the girl.So,I promised her to celebrate the children'day for her!
