Depending on what's the catch for the million dollar...I would probably use it to invest in stocks and pay back the million as soon as I can. And the rest of the money earned from the investment will continue to be used to earn more....After that, it will be starting of business and also donating to charity organisation from there..

Hmm...care to share a little more on what stocks you will dabble in?
How much will you let the money grow before returning the original million?
I was thinking, if we were to give ourselves that million, wouldn't it be great?
So we start small, say using $5000 as the seed money. What would you do to get returns of at least 10% after commissions within 5 months?

It's a very interesting thing. but i have never thought that when i'm given a million dollars before.if it happens someday, i will buy a big villa for my family first. then i will give some money to the poor families, the other i will use to make more money

I have thought of this before and first i would definitely pay off all my bills, set aside 10 grand each for my kids for college or weddings or whatnot.
then i would sell my house and buy a flat one (not large, just flat - as i have major arthritis issues!) then probably donate some, but i am not sure to whom yet.

A million dollars? Let's make it a billion. Sorry, just joking. If I have a million dollars, I would buy a really cottage house in the countryside, away from the city life. Get a nice farmhouse with it, a big car, set aside a big chunk of cash in the bank and then spend the rest of my life enjoying nature.
