myLot Earnings question

As you probably can tell, I'm new to myLot where I don't even know how to search topics. I'm sure this was asked before, but how exactly do you make money off of myLot? I'm asking for the exact cent figures for each post, referral, comments, etc. The only answers I seem to find are pretty vague, and hear a lot about people posting without no real idea what the criteria is to make money.
