I don't know how many of you get TV Land. But it is the channel that gives you old programs like Gunsmoke, Leave It To Beaver, Andy Griffith, etc. It pretty much airs all you classics. Here recently there have been a few shows that I haven't felt are exactly "classic" but they are good shows. My problem is they have brought a new reality show called "High School Reunion". I was wondering if there was anybody out there like me that feels like TV Land is the last place that a reality show should be. It kind of takes away from the whole theme of what TV Land is supposed to provide for watchers.

Tv has really changed over time. We can't sit down and watch a nice funny sitcom anymore it is all reality shows of people fighting or just showing off to be on tv.
I do like the new reality show Oprah's Big Give though as I really enjoy seeing people in need get the help that they need.

while I am addicted to reality television I agree that producers have taken it a tad bit too far. I don't mind shows like survivor and big brother but ones where washed up famous people have their families followed around by camera crews are a bit lame. I also don't like shows about weight loss, I feel that they may trigger people with eating disorders or those who have bad self images.

I completely agree with you that TV Land shouldn't have any reality television. It should be the channel I can turn to when I want to watch a classic like The Andy Griffith Show, I Love Lucy and any other old show.
That new show means an old classic can't be viewed. There are so many good choices that we rarely get to see now. One I haven't seen in a while is The D*** Van D*** Show and I'm getting the feeling I'll have to buy it to watch Carl Reiner talked to the hair pieces, see both Van D***'s on the show together, see the walnuts, practical jokes, Rob thinking he had the wrong baby, which always made me laugh until I was crying and watching Rob trip over the ottoman. There are so many wonderful episodes i could type all day.

I have seen a preview for the show. It looks interesting enough but I kind of agree with you about leaving TV Land a station for the good old classics. I love the shows on there. I tend to watch Andy Griffith, Leave It To Beaver and I have to get weekly dose of M*A*S*H.
I do like reality shows but I don't think there is a need to have one on every single tv network. I think it's all about the ratings and the profit for them. But I think the idea was that since it was a show about "reunions" they figured it has "something" to do with the past. lol.
Sometimes I like to watch TV shows that are an escape FROM reality. :-)
