can you state some necessary qualities that a manager has to have . do you have any experience in working as a manager .what were the hard times you had and how did you overcome them ? how did you use to solve the problems ? how did you get along with your employees and what manner of management did you use in order to optimize the bussiness you helped manage ?

Be yourself, study and learn your work, know people whom you are dealing with, know the people from top to bottom, function of your office, the staff, your client, be serious most of the time and dont forget to smile and five your loud laugh on occasions.
