We often get angry in small things in life, when a car over takes us, heavy traffic, spouse, children, & sometimes in our work places,
Do you think it is ok to get angry? it changes our attitude,
normally what wold you do when you get angry in things like this?????

Getting angry it's a waste of energy from my point of view. For instance, when you face a problem, it's normal to feel a little uncomfortable intelectually, but why release all this energy you gather on being angry? Wouldn't it be more efficient to spend it on finding solutions that fit better to the problem you encounter?
Getting angry instead of acting rationally breaks your mood and hinders the problem-solving ability we have. Being angry mixes rational thinking with negative emotions...not such a good combination, is it?
