Lexie, chief of staff??

Does anyone else find it odd, that after being fired, and escorted from the building not to long ago Lexie is the new chief of staff?

Yes I found that a little odd too but this is Days of Our Lives. The whole situation today with Chelsea getting drunk and turning off her phone was ridiculous.

I don't find it that odd Lexie was blackmailed by Sami is why she lost her job it seems that all is forgiven now so she was given her job back and most be a good doctor to become chief of staff then again this is a soap opera and they can do what they want.
