fish or meat?

which do you eat and why, i prefer fish to meat, cos il earnt that red meat contains lots of chlorosterol which leads to heart attack

I don't eat meat or seafood. I am vegetarian and hardly even eat any cheese.
Yes, I do get enough protein, nutrients and fiber, without all the fat. I've been a healthy vegetarian for almost 20 years!

I prefer Fish, love it and can eat it almost everyday.

I like to eat fish and meat and vegetable. I think as long as you have a balance diet then you'll have a healthy living, the percentage of being sick is low.

maybe it's because I grew up kind of poor. I don't know but I prefer some types of fish over meat. I do occassionaly eat red meat once in awhile when I feel my body needs it, but only a little amount. When I do I try to also each plenty of veggies and other grains high in fiber, such as bran flakes.

I rather like fish, as it contains less fat than meat and is more delicious.

I don't really like the taste of red meat or fish. I prefer poultry, eggs and tofu. :]
