How often do you exercise?

We all make plans at one point or another to set time apart to exercise. But why is it that at first it's so difficult to keep the commitment of going to a fitness center, or talking a jog in the park? I notice when I start exercising I am pretty excited and often look forward to exercising, but sometimes its difficult for me to push myself to maintain a schedule where I am regularly exercising. Things would be a whoel lot easier if I could just stick to the schedule. Anyone have this very same experience? I'd love to hear how you have dealt with such a situation.

Not as often as I should. I have a hectic schedule and work on graveyard shift so it's really difficult to find time to exercise. Most of the time I'm just too tired and sometimes I'm not just motivated to work out.

Yah, I have that same problem! And it's really quite ridiculous, as if I turn on some music, I will in all likelihood do some dancing, which I love.. I also like to walk, so when the weather permits, I try to walk round and round my acre.. I work at home, so I also exercise at home! When, I exercise!

I try to make it a point to exercise every other day, in order to give my body and muscles time to recharge, relax, reform and heal. I don't always keep to the schedule, I might let an extra day or two go by but really that is okay too. Provided of course you pick it back up and don't stop all together.

I usually exercise everyday by taking my dog for a walk, dancing and sometimes I go jogging. :]

I exercise every single day after i get my kids down to sleep. it's mainly doing stuff for my abs and arms, but at least it's exercise right. LOL! God bless
