how to have kids?

i have been married for 1.5 years and still no kids. muy husband and i had consulted doctors and they said i was fine and my husband is having some sorts of lacking sperm quantity. they are giving us medicine to overcome this but still no result. will any one help us? any advice will do. we want to have kids so bad. thx a lot before :)

I am certainly no expert, but sometimes a person just needs to relax. I think when you consume yourself with trying to get pregnant, it tends to stress a person out and makes it more difficult. Try to make the experience fun, not like a chore. Since the doctors are trying medicine, maybe give that a little time as well. Have you ever thought of adoption?
