what can I do?

I work in a enterprise which is quite illiberally.Sometimes I have to work in my holiday.But I never get my call-back pay.The manager thinks this is my obligation.He always asks us to finish the work in one day even if the work should be done in two days. What should I do?

oooh that is a hard one, I was always a bit of a radical at work but I know how important jobs are for some people especially in some other countries, i always had a union to go to, is there anyone higher up you can go to if that in itself would not lose your job for you, maybe to just reason with this person if he is the type to reason with...I wish you luck, nobody should be treated like that...

Thank you for your response.It's sad that the leaders of the unions are always the leaders of the enterprise.What they considered is the profit of the enterprise not the interest of the workers.
