un install something on my dell inspiron 1501

How can i get a tag off my screen that says, please wait while setup loads. I hit the x but it just looks at me!!!

press ctrl+alt+del and from the list select the program which you want to close hope that will work.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and find the program you want to tag off.Just have a try,maybe it would be work!
