Eggless Cakes & etc.

Hi all! I love to try diffefent foods including cakes, cookies & pastries, but I can't have eggs, so if I want to (crave) eat cake, I actually have to bake one my self and that's no fun! I don't mind baking or cooking, but when you really want to eat something it's just so much better if it's ready to eat right away. Does any one know of a place or brand who makes EGGLESS CAKES & ETC.? I reside in PA,USA & it's really hard being a pure vegetarian here, especially when you have to travel a lot or just too busy to cook...

I don't know of a company that makes an eggless cake, but I can tell you a REALLY easy way to make one.
Take a dry boxed cake mix and stir in a can of diet coke. Pour it into a greased pan and bake according to the directions on the box. Top with frosting of your choice. It is super easy and super moist.

Thanks, oh god, that is so easy! I've been substituting eggs with applesauce, bananas & all kinds of other substitues and I find applesauce the best so far. I'll defenitely try this - does it have to be Diet Coke or any carbonated drink would do like club soda, etc.?
