Are you a MIF or a MIL?

In the UK we drink a lot of tea and there is a running argument as to whether the milk goes in first or last. Chemically it is apparently better to add it last, as there is allegedly a better taste. I like my tea to be milked last, I do know that.
So which are you a MIL (Milk in last) or a MIF (milk in first?.
Or are you frugal and skip the milk altogether?

On the rare occasions that I add milk to my tea, it goes in last. Most of the tea I drink doesn't need milk at all.

I am definitely with you that the milk must go in last - of course I have never tried putting the milk in first - but that just doesn't seem right to me. I look at it like this - pour the hot tea into your cup and then add what you like to it!!!

I would say that I am a Mil, it makes it easier to gage how much you put in...
