TV fell on 18 month old?

My nephew is 18 months old. He loves pushing buttons on the TV. A week ago a 25" TV supposedly fell on him. My nephew was with his dad while his mother was at work. His dad claims that he was in the kitchen while my nephew was in the living room with the TV (If the TV fell on my nephew, then I think he was playing a game on the computer, not paying my nephew any attention, like hes done many times before) My sister just moved in her apt without any furniture, so the TV stood on a plastic storage container. My nephew comes (in height) to the middle of the TV. My nephew came out of the accident with a bruise(black eye) under his eye and scratch under his eye. All this is suspicious to me. Also why wasnt there any harm done to his little body. He only weighs 25 lbs. I heard of kids dying because of TVs falling on them. I dont believe the TV fell on him. I dont know what happened and dont want to believe anything else other than this happened. I have to go with my gut feeling and have something done about this. I love him like he's my own and would never forgive myself if anything more horrible than this happened to him. So I want my fellow mylotians opinions. What do you think?
