Anyone use myspace for marketing their business?

I have a MySpace account that I use for business. I use it to try to push my "clothing line" that I created through Spreadshirt.com. What kind of business do you use MySpace to promote? I haven't been very successful with it really. I believe I might have gotten 3/4 sales off of it which was nothing compared to the amount of work that I put into it. Hi Doll I don't really use it for marketing. I do promote the green life and do speak about shaklee but not to sign anyone more to make others aware of the dangers of the toxins in our homes and lives. oxxoxoxoxoxo

No I don't, I really never seen anyone there use it as a business page either most to meet new friends and talk to others.. However I do see music bands and such there but not a regular home base business..than again I am not on there long enough to actually take a look threw everything that is there...

I've thought about it but wasn't really sure how that worked. Of course I'd rather I got a nice steady long term stream of customers, but a big response and a slow down would work fine for me too. That's just the way my business works. Maybe you can give me some pointers?

Well. I've always thought that promoting like that on myspace was against the rules, but if it's perfectly alright with myspace, I might use that as one of my "venues". I use my blog for marketing on myspace, buy i mainly use yuwie and yahoo blog, I got good feed back from those as well

i am no longer active on myspace so cant really help much in this area
