Mine Google AdSense Account Disabled

Mine google adsense account which are nearly year old and having more than 70$ in it, is disable now.I received the mail which says
"While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account."
Im not able to understand where im wrong which cause this happens.Now what should i do, and where i appeal for this to get mine account asit is as before i.e re-open the account.
Can anyone please guide me in this regard.Is this happens to anyone before.if yes,what happens to account then.

I am sorry to hear this and I don't think it's right. I don't know what you should do but this is the reason why I always say to cash out at a lower dollar amount. People should not pick high amounts because many of these companies look for an excuse to take your money away from you when there is a lot in your account. What they did appears to be very unfair to you. Can you complain to someone?

Maybe they did that intentionally?
Did you ask them "why"? You need find their seat and write the application! Have recourse to them!
