March is National Craft Month, Are you doing anything special to celebrate?

I've just started needle felting and love it...learning to make all kinds of things...although I don't consider myself very creative I am giving it a great effort. I am making eggs, flowers, mushrooms, lady bugs and balls so far! which chain is having the sale to celebrate?

I'm celebrating by using those coupons!!! We have a small group of people in our church who meet on a monthly basis to share ideas, supplies, and fellowship as we make items to sell during our holiday bazaar in November. It is great fun and I'm getting to make all kinds of things. I just finished crocheting a Christmas stocking, my second, and have enough yarn for a third. Then I have styrofoam balls to cover with sequins and beads for tree decorations. We have folks making jewelry from beads, as well as other folks making tree ornament elves from bells and felt. We meet for two hours and chat and laugh and have a good time. And we hope to make a lot of money for the church from our bazaar.

I used to do a lot more crafting than I do now, but I still enjoy crafting now and then when I get a chance. I haven't really done much of anything this month though. I probably should get out some of my projects and get busy.

I do stamping..and if there are some deals out there I will take advantages of them. I am getting ready to do some craft sales in June. I also paint on windows but I am always open to trying something new. I hope you enjoy your clsses. I love crocheting! And hope you do too!
