how could we work well with our colleague ?

In any organization, give and take attitude is very important. We must try to understand our colleagues and be humble. Nobody likes to work with a snobbish person. We must keep our good rapport with them and be down to earth sort of person.

Make a connection. That is I guess the key to having a good relationship with your fellow colleagues. But connecting is actually hard to do especially if you're the type of person who just keeps to yourself. Still, even if it's hard, if you just set your mind to get to know them or just greeting them every morning of everyday. This will help help them loosen up a bit to you, and thus finding yourself surprise once they answer you back with a greeting. Then I tell you, this is the 1st connection you've made. This time you can go further by inviting them to have a snack or coffee then that's where you start having a conversation about work, then about life, then about yourselves... etc. These effors of yours will really take a turn and end up having a friend on your side eventually I hope. =)

respect for each other and professionalism are two of the mjor aspects of a harmonious working relationship.
