Sometimes I cannot control being a worry freak of tomorrow. I worry things too much that tends me to agitate over something to be done so soon. I remembered the last time I got so worried of my future that I cant be able to sleep since my mind was full of how's and why's of life. It was two days before 2007 ended, I was talking to God to find answers to my questions. Shame on me, I was such so ingratitude at that time that I questioned Him. I fall to sleep still worrying of my tomorrow when I was awaken by a call from my boyfriend. He was so happy because the embassy just called him for his interview. Luckily he passed the interview. Oh, how God's grace showed in times of trouble.
How about you? Do you takes things in your life lightly and a day at a time?

worrying has never solved any problems,
so try not to worry but to look for solutions to your issues, that is what I do

I try not to worry about things. I have seen people who think the worst thing is going to happen and worry about it even though it may never happen or may turn out better than they fear. It seems a very negative way of thinking. I try to have a more positive outlook. Of course I do worry about my loved ones when they are ill or are having a bad time, because I care what happens to them.

I take things lightly and a day at a time. It doesn't solve anything to worry about things. All a person ends up by worrying is just a headache and stress. I let things work themselves out and it has always seemed to work for me.
