What can we do with unverified paypal account?

I was about to buy a domain name using my paypal account, which the fund is from mylot earning. Yesterday I just got my first pay-out. But since my account is not verified I can't continue with the billing process. Do you have any idea what can we do with our unverified paypal account? Is there other way that we can use the fund?

It seems that whomever you are buying a domain name from, does not accept paypal. There are only some restrictions that are placed upon an unverified account, which include, daily spending and withdrawl. You should not have a problem buy (spending) unless the merchant does not accept PayPal.

Does the domain company accept paypal? Is it your debit card from paypal? If it is the debit card you have to activate the card before you can use it.
I have never heard of not being able to use your account because it is not verified. I have people purchase from me (ebay store) all the time and they are not verified.
Verification is basically verifing your address and that you are who you say you are. If you can't get anything done, call paypal they should be able to help you with this also.

its a verification of your Credit Card.....You have to verify your credit card....
